Good hotel, but little bit expensive in my opinion. Breakfast is not included (even wondering if they can offer this). Bathroom clean and enough clean towels available. Within 5 minute walk multiple restaurants available. Breakfast tip: 30 meter walk from the entrance a nice bakery (6AM-10PM).

This is by far the worse hotel in Beer Sheva, if not in all of Israel. It is old and run down. It is located in the old part of town. The staff is rude and liars. Stay away from this hotel. There are bugs, stay at your own risk, you've been warned.

I asked for her managers information because she would not assist me. I asked nicely again, she stated " I AM THE MNGR." I told her there must be a manger above you or the owner that i can speak to. She refused and little did she know, I work for websites that rate hotels!! Not her lucky and because of her attitude the business will receive a LOWER RATING ON MULTIPLE HOTEL BOOKING SITES, WITH HER NAME AND TITLE! "MNGR."

BEFORE I SAY ANYTHING, READ THE COMMENTS BELOW!! EVERY PERSON HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT YAEL'S ATTITUDE!! SHE IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. NEVER SMILES!! THEY SHOULD CONSIDER GETTING ANOTHER MANAGER!! ASAP!!

Manager Yael is VERY RUDE!! I wanted to find out information and she refused to give me details! This is NOT the first time this has happened. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL! IN FACT IT'S A JOKE!! They should consider finding another friendly manager that is willing to go out of her way to help guests. Just look at the place!! Can you say; GHETTO!! I WILL NEVER RETURN NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
שירות על הפניים. ממש לא מומלצ. חוצפנית לגמרי. מקום מגעיל. אין שירות חוצ מי המנהלת שי הי מאוד חצופה. אין לה !גישה לי לקוחות. ממש ממש לא מומלצ! צריכים מנהלת אם שי רוצה לעזור. כולם מדברים על המנהלת יעאל. השירות שילה זה מה שגורם לאנשים לא לבוא. מה זה! לא שלום, לא חיוך, לא כלום. רק יושבת אם מבאת הכי מגעיל שיש! תחליפו מנהלת דחוףףףף!!

Ein Hotel das neu aufgebaut wird in der Altstadt Beer sheba. Sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die machen alles möglich. Es ist eine sehr gute Rastmöglichkeit wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

מלון זול ויעיל אבל לא לכל אחד. מיקום בדרום העיר ועלול להפחיד אנשים מסוימים. החדרים מרווחים ונקיים, מזגן טוב, וויפיי וזרם ממש חזק במקלחת. בקשו את החדרים הפונים לחצר. יש להם גם מרפסות ויותר שקטים. הייתי שלושה לילות וטחזור כי זה פתרון זול למי שמחפש לינה בבאר שבע וחדר ממוזג לעבוד בו

From the outside, not very nice, inside the rooms were sweet surprise new and beautiful contemporary. Bed is very very nice and comfy with soft sheets and blanket. Quiet and Nice size screened in balcony. Refrig, TV, beautiful bathroom, great shower. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through this area. Great place for the price. Great sushi around the corner and some quick food. Staff is very nice and helpful. No elevator.

הזמנתי חדר זוגי לשתי לילות, לצערי עם ההגעה למלון מתברר שיש צורך לעלות קומה וחצי עד לקבלה ( בת זוגי אחרי ניתוח לב פתוח ואינה מסוגלת לעלות במדרגות )ביקשתי לבטל את ההזמנה של החדרים וזאת עקב אי פרסום שאין אפשרות שרות לאנשים המוגבלים בריאותית כמו גם נכים וסירבו לבטל את ההזמנה שלי וחויבתי על שתי לילות למרות שלא נרשמתי ולא קיבלתי חדר

Small boutique hotel in the old part of Beer Sheva, not a bad place but not very clean. I stayed there for 5 days and the room only got cleaned once. Also the sheets and towels are so old that they don't wash out so when you look at them you still see old stains. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked for such things as an iron or directions had no problem helping out. The place is fairly small but for this country everything is. People that work here are multi lingual so if you speak English, Russian, Hebrew you will have no problem. If you are used to cleanliness and having your room cleaned I would not recommend staying here.
