It's OK. Just float on the water surface of the Dead Sea. Please bring your own saddles, those which is tightly straped on your feet type is safer. Not those flip flops. Don't ever go bare footed. You are walking on the salt crystal, it's sharp and pointed. Be careful.

The place looks a bit run down. The receptionist didn't tell us that we needed to catch a short ride to the Dead Sea, neither she gave us the written instructions with the map and what you can use/do there. Nothing is included with the entrance fee.
The place overall is good, but a few improvements and better customer service would make it a much better and pleasant experience.

Waste of money. They have one pool outside, freezing cold, and a hot pool the size of a washtub in the women's and men's lockers. The place is dirty, tired looking and in bad need of renovation. We got the lunch deal - it included tasteless food from the cafeteria, a jelly as a desert and no drink. The beach at Ein Gedi isn't as nice as the beach where all the hotels are. If you're going to Ein Gedi to save money just go to the beach where all the hotels are as you'll get a lot more enjoyment and be able to eat something tastey in that area.

Ok. But extremely overpriced.
If you stay at a hotel in the Dead Sea. There's nothing for you to do here.
On the good side, it offers rides to a nice organized beach. It offers stinky sulfur water that are supposed to be good for you and the best part is all you can use special dead sea MUD.

No WiFi, food is so-so, merch is X2 expensive as elsewhere even with discounts. Sea is funny, sulfur spring is a bit stinky, mineral spring was unavailable. Ye, and remember to follow safety commandments on the beach, or be prepared: hyper salinated water hurts

One of the worst places I have ever been
Dirty stinky place
Personnel just sells products nobody cares about cleaning and helping people out
Everything's outdated
They have a tractor with a wagon to get you to the seaside, people prefer walking to driving the unsafe waggons..
Visitors are mostly Soviet union heritage
Tattoos and golden chains
Would never go there again

Perfect place to go and float in the dead sea. The facilities are good. Enough parking space and one can go from the building with shops, a sulphurous bath and swimming pool to the actual dead sea. Do not forget to put mud all over you!

Definitely a place to visit once. Too bad the cleanliness is off, the food is terrible and not enough shaded sitting places when crowded. Don't understand why they close so early. However there are no alternatives in the area that combine the hot springs with the dead sea beach and mud . That's why they don't bother to improve.

Over priced "spa" including paid access to what should be free access to a public beach. For the fee paid one gets access to the beach (including a ride to and from the beach), opportunity to float in the dead sea, splash mud all over one's body, shower the mud and salts off in a very hot beach shower, going to the mud and sulphur baths and the swimming pool. All facilities are in poor to fair, but not great, condition (as of July 2017).

ביליתי במקום למשך יום לאחר התלבטות האם להגיע למקום או לא , לאחר רוב התגובות השליליות ולאחר שהייה של ההורים שלי כבר פעמיים במקום .
המקום אינו עמוס כל כך - המסעדה מעט עמוסה , רק בתור ההתחלתי והרכבת - עמוסה גם היא .
בריכה - בריכה נהדרת , אומנם מאוד קרה אבל בשמש ,שמתרגלים , אפשר לשחות ולשהות בה בלי שום בעיה , מתאימה לילדים קטנים (האזור העמוק- מטר אחד לפי מה שראיתי ) .
החוף - נחמד ,ניתן לקחת רכבת כדי להגיע (החוף די רחוק ) אבל הרכבת עמוסה ויש לחכות 10 דקות להגעה של הרכבת הבאה .
ה"מסעדה" - מסעדה זה ממש לא !
הכלים (צלחות ) מפלסטיק והן נשברות די בקלות .
האוכל ברמה של חדר אוכל , מספק .
שניצל , עוף , צ'יפס , תפוח אדמה , אורז ..
אטרקציות - אין .
הדבר היחיד שניתן לעשות הוא למרוח בוץ ואחרי זמן מה לשטוף באחת מהמקלחות שיש במקום .
סיכום : נחמד , מספק , רחוק מהמלונות , רחוק יחסית מהחוף וכדי להגיע ממקום למקום יש לעבור מסלול כך שאם ארצה , לדוגמא , ללכת מהבריכה לשירותים אצטרך לעבור כמה וכמה מדרגות , משטח חלקלק ,ועוד כמה דקות .

ספא? שוק. לא מקום להירגע בו. עמוס, רועש, מלוכלך ומוזנח. רק בבריכה אחת היו מים באזור מלתחות הנשים. הבריכה השנייה לא הייתה בשימוש והיו בה שאריות מים עכורים. רצפה מלוכלכת ועובש בכל מקום. צפיפות. מכניסים עוד ועוד אנשים ומחיר הכניסה מפולפל. האוכל מזעזע. אזור הבריכות המעורבות קטן ורועש מאוד בגלל מערכת האוורור ואין כמעט איפה לשבת שם. המים לא נקיים. הבריכה החיצונית אמורה להיות מחוממת אבל המים קרים וגם כך קר בחוץ בחודש דצמבר. בטח בקיץ זה לא נורא. חבל מאוד, כי יש פוטנציאל להפוך את המקום לפנינה. קחו דוגמא מחמי טבריה על ניהול אתר ציבורי. תחזוקה זה א' ב'!
