A wonderful place to stay. Terrific view of the sea. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Strongly recommended! Elad in the reception gave me good advice and made this stay memorable.

Great hotel amazing service, one particular person, I know her name is Roni, she was very nice, helpful, kind & did her best to accommodate all our requirements..

Nice hotel, stayed 5 weeks for business, mid-November into December. The beach is visible from the upper rooms, nice balconies looking out to sea and OMG the sunsets!! Had a meal plan with breakfast that was very good daily. Dinner is served nightly, also very good. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Best place in the area!

For the price of this hotel, I had a shower curtain that would constantly stick toe whilst showering, silicone repair around bath was slapped on, tiles on floor, one was loose, another cracked, Hook on back of door nearly fell of when I put my towel on it! Downstairs bar service was abysmal whenever you could find someone to serve you plus the price kept changing for the same beer, a hoover and dust wouldn't go a miss either! Shocking!

Great low-key hotel for a relaxing getaway. Nice gymboree and play area for kids with plenty of games + arts & crafts options. Big pool, decent spread at most of the meals. Not much to do in the immediate area on the weekend other than beach & pool but that was fine for us :)

The kitchen area had a funky smell, and they didn't have a lot of vegan/ vegitarian food options. Great pool, great location, nice rooms

This hotel has the most unfriendly service I experienced in my life. The rooms are dirty and I had hairs everywhere in the bathroom.
The dinner is expensiv and i wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
The waiting staff is just sitting in the corner with there smartphones and are very unfriendly if you want to have something or need help.
One day I needed 4 times a new card to get in my room. And that happenend almost every day.
There ist only one person which knows how ro deal with customers. And this is the security guard (I would put him behind the reception!!)

Disgusting customer service, the rep at the counter was very rude and very not accomodating. Left us at 1:00 without a room even though we booked it online, because they wanted more money that I paid online.

"Overpriced for what you get. Presents as a business hotel. More like an Econlodge. After trying to use their ""free"" international service to try calling home and my company for 4 days & several calls to the desk, I was told that I needed a credit card to make a free call. They overbooked.
There is nothing that tells you that you have pay for local calls with a credit card. I could never get my message on the phone.
The staff and management don't care."
