במילה אחת מזעזע. ב4 מילים: מלון טוב, אוכל מזעזע.

השנה, מה 30/3 עד ה 1/4 התארחנו במלון דן פנורמה חיפה לליל הסדר ולימים שאחריו.

המלון עצמו נראה טוב, במיוחד מבפנים, שהינו בקומה 10 והמתקנים והשירות טובים.

הבעיה המרכזית והאקוטית היא האוכל! ראשית, אכתוב שהיה דיון ער עם מספר אורחים נוספים, כולם מרגישים פחות או יותר אותו דבר.

האוכל לא הולם את רשת דן, לא הולם מלון 4 כוכבים ואף לא הולם מלון 3 כוכבים מומצע.

לאורך השנים האחרונות שהינו במלון לאונרדו בחוף דדו בפסח, היו שנים שבהן הכשרות הייתה עם קטניות ושנים ללא קטניות, אבל בכל שנה נהנו בצורה יוצאת מהכלל, היו שפע בשרים, סלטים מעניינים ומנות ביניים חמות ומקוריות. אפילו גימיקים כמו סושי או מנות שף מרחבי העולם.

בדן, השנה, בליל הסדר המנות היו טפלות, משעממות ובעיקר לא טעימות. לא רק שלא היה מבחר בשרים, גם לא היו סלטים או מנות חמות למעט תפוחי אדמה או בטטה. הבשרים שכן היו, לא טעימים, לדוגמה פרגית ממולאת בפטריות, המנה הייתה לא טעימה, גם העגל (או ההודו, היה קשה להבדיל) היה מזעזע לא פחות. חמור מכך, לא הייתה בחירה כלל. כל כך מאכזב, אין לי מילה אחרת.

ציפינו לאוכל מעולה, במיוחד מרשת דן ובמיוחד בליל הסדר!

לסיכום, לא אשוב יותר לאף מלון מרשת דן (למעט דן אילת), אמליץ לכל חבריי לא להגיע ואשתדל להציף את הביקורת בגוגל. אוסיף את ההתייחסות של מלון דן לכשתתקבל. מה שבאמת היה מפתיע זה ששאר האורחים הרגישו תחושות דומות וזאת הייתה השיחה במסדרונות המלון בחג.

היינו במלון דן פנורמה חיפה בליל הסדר בפסח. חייבת להגיד שמאוד התאכזבנו מרמת האוכל. רמה שבכלל לא מתאימה לרשת דן ולמחיר ששילמנו. הרגשנו שאין תקציב לאוכל ולשף נורמלי. כל הסלטים היו מטובלים בצ'ילי מתוק או חריף והיו לא טעימים, סלטים פשוטים שכל הזמן חוזרים על עצמם, בשר לא איכותי, תוספות לא מעניינות בכלל. רק תפוחי אדמה, גזר ובטטה גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בינונית מאוד, בלי לדבר על רמת הקינוחים. לא השתדלו בכלל להכין אוכל טעים

Situated on top of the beautiful mount Carmel, with room over viewing the Haifa port, with an amazing staff and great service, excellent kitchen and clean comfortable rooms which include a pot to make coffee or tea, flat screen TV and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Room was pretty bad for a 4 star hotel. Plumbing problems, safe didn't work, window opened by itself, dated main room, shower unenclosure got the floor soaked, hard to operate the shower valve.

Very old hotel. Nice view and clean rooms that need urgent renovation. Find is OK at best with no vegan options. Soy milk is avaliable upon request. Pool is nice but needs renovation too.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Dan Panorama. I spent 4 nights at the hotel. Right when I arrived I was greeted friendly by the portier. Directly behind the door were some refreshments which I did not use, because I could check in right away. On top of the friendly welcome I happened to get a room upgrade so that I could stay on floor 17 with a breathtaking view of the city and bay. Water and a few sweets were awaiting in the room (they are also included in the "regular" rooms as my co-traveler told me). Overall the room was nice an clean. The staff at the Dan Panorama was always very friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The hotel has a praying room and an outside swimming pool and a sauna. Personally I enjoyed the fully furnished gym with long opening hours. On floor 20 there also is a business lounge in the evenings.
It might not be the cheapest option for an overnight stay in Haifa but it is not the most expensive one either and value for money is great. I can definatly recommend the Dan Panorama and will probably stay there again if I revisit Haifa some day.

3 stars based on quality observed in Israel. The rooms are clean and well kept, however are not up-to-date to the minimal modern standered. No easy access to wall outlet by the bed to give one example.
The food is bellow average which is a surprise considering the price and the overall high standard of the franchise.
Just to give a “taste”, the cheeses were missmarked and tasted poorly. The scrambled eggs were cold and tasteless and the pancakes were deffinetly at least a day old.
However, the overall service of the staff was excellent forthcoming and congenial.

What a lovely experience. There is a generosity at this hotel that makes one feel very welcome. Little touches like the plate of fruit and little box of chocolates that were waiting for us in our room, the generously replenished soap/shampoo/lotions, the complimentary coffee and tea in the rooms, and the juices and water available in the lobby, the DEELICIOUS little sesame cookies available in the lobby at all times.these things make this hotel stand out. The view is exceptional, the rooms are comfortable, the staff and service were just great. The breakfast is superb. The decor may be a teeny bit dated, but who cares. I'll take gracious hospitality over cool any day. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Its a nice Hotel, super clean and the rooms are brilliant. The food is great and the service is to die for. The view is one of the kind especially on floors like 4-7 you have a stunning views of the port and the Shrine of the Bab.

Very nice hotel with a comfortable room. Stayed here for few nights while in town on business. The Business Lounge was small but had a nice vibe to it, very good service and snacks including some very good red wine! The breakfast was amazing and included pretty much any and every breakfast item you could imagine with a great view of the harbor at the base of the mountain.
