Our tour group spent 10 days in Israel and stayed at all Leonardo Motels. They were very nice, accommodating for any needs. Food offers were plentiful. I would encourage others to plan their stay an a Leonardo hotel.

We were greeted incredibly warmly when we arrived, with a personal welcome from the guest services manager. The hotel rooms are incredibly clean, and each day are refreshed while you are out exploring. The food is absolutely amazing!!

Nice hotel. Perfect location. Perfect room. Amazing view (19th floor). Very nice b.f. buffet. Staff are very responsive and helpful.

Want a place to stay in Israel? No? Then why are you reading this? Weirdo.

But seriosly-ish. This is an amazing hotel. They have top notch service, their prices are well worth it. The place is stunning and well kept.

Their in house restaurants are delicious.

However, and I can't stress this enough their breakfast is Out. Of. This. World. Also their elevators are super cool and make it so you don't have to wait.

Amazing stay. Definitely one of our favorites in Jerusalem, and frankly, in all of Israel.
The food is outstanding, the staff welcoming and professional, the rooms comfortable, and the view! 19 floors over the old city - you can just imagine the power of the picture, the history.

Be sure to book a room with the old city view! Worth every penny!

Highly recommended hotel! Can’t wait to come back!

Hotel is a great stay. Fantastic food and very non-invasive environment, considering how many guests are usually there. Spacious Dinning room too.
Ronit, one of the managers there, was extremely helpful to us and willing to be flexible as much as possible with various requests.
The room is also very decent and gives you a good feel for Jerusalem .
Well located both for town and old city walks.
Only criticism I have is on the synagogue. There is quite an awful pretentious vibe coming from many religious people around and especially in the prayer services.
But it is easy to overlook because of the spacious feel.

Rooms are large but outdated. We checked in as a group of friends in a tour. Some rooms provide bath robes, slippers, bathroom tissues and some do not. Food are great but once you dine for a few days they seem be no variety. The staff seems to be in a hurry to send you out of the dining room and inflexible. On our last day, the cleaning staff seems to be in hurry for us to leave even it is not check out time yet. As our flights are late the hotel staff are not willing to give a late checkout to any of us. (our group occupying 8 rooms). Well they did say we can stay 30 minutes longer when we were asking a couple of hours longer.

I am a regular at the Plaza. I keep coming back. I love the location, the staff is amazing, the food is the best! they know you from visit to visit.
Sufian the desk manager is an amazing host he makes it feel like home.

I was in this hotel for 3 nights. AWSOME experience. Staff in every department are so wonderful. The minute we walked in , they welcomed us with smile until today that we are leaving. Food was wonderful. Rooms were super clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's quite an old hotel, by the looks and location of the hotel.
Is maintained well with friendly staff. Yeah, at times you'll find there are less staff, it's some how adequate.
The cleanliness and services is up-to the mark.
The buffet breakfast is good.

Its definitely a good hotel, the staff were extremely nice. However, its not very updated and well equipped as it should be.

Its very old, so the hallways and the rooms have a smell. The beds are small. No iron in the room! No outlet in the bathroom. No conditioner in the shower. (typical stuff every hotel usually have).

The elevator from the parking lot didnt work.

My family & friends had a fabulous stay. Food & desserts were great. The staff members were exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here. Great clean rooms, and ample supplies. Also situated just a short distance to many points of interest. Yarden was a pleasant helpful fabulous ambassador for Leonardo Plaza Hotel.

i come here for the salon regularly and come once in a while for shabbat lunch. Very nice service and sweet staff. Highly recommended! ( lobby cafe is delicious!

Wonderful experience at the Leonardo! Dining staff is extremely attentive and accommodating. A wide variety of traditional food served buffet style was plentiful and delicious. Our room was pleasant and comfortable. The location in close to downtown and within walking distance to a traditional market. Great stay!

This is a classy hotel. The rooms service and food /drink is excellent. Thanks so much for the special touches. Your guest relations are wonderful. The hostess we encountered was Yael Amichal. She was such a personal and informative host. She helped us at every turn. We needed a local call and she accommodated quickly. High marks. Rooms are great clean and well made up. I will return

Nice views of the city from the upper floors. Staff is attentive. Breakfast and dinner buffets are very large. They follow Kosher food rules so some limitations apply to what's available when (as you'd expect.) Nice walk into the modern downtown. A little longer walk to get to the gate into the old city.

Had a nice stay! Breakfasts everyday were great, but too many choices made every day a diet killer. Changing more of the items everyday but offering fewer might give you a fighting chance. Only one complaint is that though we had what they call an upgraded executive room they didn't provide water in the rooms daily.
