Outdated rooms. Most rooms I stayed in were fine, but once I was"upgraded" to a very dusty room.

Excellent service! And it's just walking distance away from the walled city. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Follows strict Shabbat rules.

Fantastic location with walking distance to the old city. Perfect room with nice bathroom, comfy bed and very clean. Breakfast buffet for miles.. eat once and don't need to eat again till the next morning!! Loved it so very much and will be back again.

Close to the Old city of Jerusalen. Staff is not really friendly or supportive if you have a question. Internet speed is way too low, difficult to make a Skype call. With few little things it could have been so much better.

The pool is effectively useless because the hours are so restrictive, unless you schedule your entire day around the pool hours. The WiFi service is intermittent. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

Same problem as basically all Hotel in Israel. Average a star less than they claimed. Restaurant floor sticky all the time.
No postcard sending service, you have to buy post stamps in the hotel's gift shop that claimed to open at 7:30am but stayed close till 9am. Mmm maybe there's some special rules we don't know about. ?!response / report this review -

The facility is lovely & very comfortable. We were there to dine with a hotel guest. The staff people in the dining room were amazing - very attentive & friendly. I would not rate the food nearly as high. The desserts in particular were a big disappointment.

Endless buffet was GREAT, but the room left alot to be desired. Furniture was scratched, the walls need to be cleaned, no outlets in the bathroom, and bathroom entrance was poorly designed. The beds were platform - takes getting used to.

Pleasant rooms, and a great breakfast buffet, but the ridiculously slow WiFi leads me to deduct two stars, and the response by the hotel to my complaint to deduct another.
I called the front desk to tell them about the issue, and they transferred me to a third party service that did not have any English speaking staff.
I hung up and called the front desk again, this time asking if someone could come to my room. When the staff member arrived, he explained that the hotel was "busy," and that is why the internet was slow. BOGUS! He adjusted a few settings on my computer but it didn't fix anything. Notably, nobody from the hotel called later to follow up.
Clearly, they have chosen not to invest in this crucial component of hotel infrastructure, and for this reason, I cannot recommend staying here.response / report this review -

Rooms seemed recently renovated. Bathrooms in particular were very nice. Amazing water pressure and heat. Fairly quiet. Breakfast buffet was good but evening buffet wasn't great (go find a restaurant instead). I'd stay here again.
