"5 stats hotel" as show in the attched photos a very neglected hotel. The rooms were, maintain poorly with sign of swallow paint and scratched walls.. The dinner was small buffet with average tasteless foods no fruit but rottun Mandarin.
The stuff was mostly nice, polite and
sometimes even helpful. On the other hand, the baggage we have to carry by our selves. The bellman was busy(with his phone)response / report this review -

Spacious rooms, excellent food, very friendly staff, cleaned every day. Two pools, toddler's pool, kids club and young kids club. One of the pools heated in winter.

It's a good hotel, but far from its reputation and not a good value for money. Definitely shouldn't be considered as one of the top hotels on Eilat, and does not justify the price gap from similar hotels.
The decor is very outdated, maintenance is not more than OK, gym is very small and open only until 7pm, breakfast is fair but nothing you won't find in any other hotel (and maybe even less).
All in all it's good, but doesn't meet the standard of a luxury hotel, and therefore should not be priced as one. The low rating is only for the difference between the way the hotel is marketed and what it really is.response / report this review -

Fabulous hotel. The breakfast is fantastic and service is above and beyond. Enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We took a terrace room which has an incredible balcony, a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, access to the 14th floor lounge and other perks

Great hotel for families, nice pools (one with streams), a fun water slider and shaded areas (!), Outdoors jacuzzi, 20 seconds walk to the northern beach of Eilat . Gym is small but better than in most hotels, two squash courts, video games room. Turkish hammam and sauna are okay but not really necessary in Eilat. Very helpful staff. Extraordinary breakfast. Fast elevators.
Hotel is quite expensive, so it's recommended to join the free e-Dan club to get 20-25% discounts on orders in the hotel (therefore better to charge the room than to pay in cash).response / report this review -

Great hotel, has good size swimming pool and offers also pool slide. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner, both are very generous and have lots of options. The hotel is located but far from the main attractions but still within walking distance, which makes it less crowded.

They advertise as 5 star hotel.
I couldn't wait to leave this place, being stuck there for 3 nights.
They do not have adequate parking for guest and you have to park on some dirt patch away from the hotel and walk back and forth in 45°c heat.
They have one slide in their pool which is the main attraction and supposed to accommodate all the gusts and their kids.
Security is lacking and swarms of "uncivilized guests" (You can figure what I'm taking about) cut through the line, jump on top of you and push you underwater if you're in their way. Disgusting pool experience all around with food and wrappings thrown under the pool chairs.
Very outdated rooms that were not updated from the 80's.
Very expensive and is in a 3 star category at best, as compares to many other hotels worldwide.
Extremely disappointing.
$2,200.00 for 3 nights in a room for a couple with 2 small kids.response / report this review -

Great location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is full of great food with nice choice of Vegan options. We were in "not yet" renovated room, it looked pretty old but everything was working and was exceptionally clean. My tip is to visit beach in the morning when it's pretty quiet and cool.

Great location. good service. and the best food service in Eilat!
The hotel needs a facelift and a fresh design in a few of the rooms. Still, it is a great place to stay at. The bonus is a private beach for guest only which is a treat, since a swim in the red sea, weather day or night is one to remember.response / report this review -

You have to stay in this hotel. It's something really amazing. We stayed on the 14th floor overlooking the sea. I posted a picture of the view from our room. The hotel was beautiful and the service was fantastic. The breakfast was something else. Never seen a hotel breakfast quite like that one. It just went on and on and on.

Best hotel in Eilat.
A prime location with great view.
Expert and kind service.
Great heated pools and water attractions in the hotel.
Exellent dinner and breakfast.
Great children facilities and attractions.
