Hey large and somewhat corporate Hotel. The location of the hotel is convenient and lots odf parking as big Network hotels usually do. The Lobby is very clean and nice. rooms have a little bit on the old side of decor, and although the general feeling is of somewhat older Hotel the place holds up nice and clean and comfortable.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable room, service was very good and also the food. Wonderful children's world. But because we bought every day with a different sale, everyday we had to change the room card

Very bad food, good service, nice rooms. The hotel looks very old and unkept. It's like going to a 80s movie. The horrible old rugs in the hallway reminded us of the blood scene from The Shining. Recommended for a trip back to the past.

I was taking 2d vacation at Eilat. The review is base of the value for money.
The price was $640.
The value is somewhat disappointing.
For example, the SPA although cost extra is poor. The Hamam is temp is low and the Jacozzy is so small the when 4 guest are inside their legs touch each other.
Breakfast is good but not more than that. Nothing special or excited. The coffee on the table is cold and it take some time to find somebody for hot refill.
Room decoration is minimal and you can feel this place need investment. The floor itself is cracking in some places.
No parking below the hotel and you need to park at other hotel nearby.
Check in process is long and the SMS system was not working (they were sorry)response / report this review -

Good hotel, rooms looks pretty good (Was probably renovated recently), service is welcoming and good relatively, food was mostly very good, swimming pools are big and not too crowded, lots of activities for the kids, location is good (near the promenade,icemall, etc.)

A good choice, excellent for families, good location, large pools, good and clean rooms, excellent children playground with various activities in the shade, my only issue was that during Shabbat it is limited with their food or drinks due to the Kosher issues, but this is an issue with most hotels

I have been in this hotel many times and I love it - atmosphere is great, not far from the beach, the swimming pool is big and pleasant, the buffet has a huge variety and the service is fantastic. Last time I have been in this hotel the elevators were annoyingly slow, I hope they are working on fixing it.
