Excellent hotel, with lots to do for little children, and an amazing staff!

All included hotel. Very good for families with young children. If your kids are above 12 they might be left board at the evenings as the pool shuts down at 18:00 and the rest of the hotel around 20:00. Food is pretty good yet make sure to eat what seems to be cooked fresh as there might be some recycling of food. I got a hefty stomach ache. Be advised that the hotel is outside the city so if you don't have a car it's taxis or public transportation, which is nonexistent on Friday evening and Saturday.

Very good local food. The hotel is decent for the price. Interior pool has a wired program till 16:30. Room is clean but some old funiture, but this is something usul in eilat.

Rooms are big and nice. Had some very small issues with room service. Alcohol is very cheap and very little choice. Food is very good can't say anything bad about it was pretty awesome. Overall good hotel perfect for families.

amazing convenient hotel, a lot of open spaces but not in the city..
the rooms looks very good and the all complex was beautiful, a lot of things to do while you stay there, the food was rich of meals and good overall - a little delay in the BBQ section was always, very small portion of the meals was smelly and probably not new at all
Eilat is beautiful and sunny, you need to take a 30 NIS taxi to get to the city, taxis working 24\7 there.response / report this review -

To my opinion (and I have some experience with hotels) they have serious problems with personnel, the stuff have very poor training though the personnel is kind. The food in the restaurant could be better (to put it mildly). The maintenance of the rooms is poor. We asked for some things that should be there since they are included but it wasn't there and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Overall impression is satisfying despite all problems mentioned above. Since this is my second time in that hotel and I remember my first time as much better experience I'll give that hotel another chance to prove that this was temporary problem.

It was a good place just it is better if you go there in the summer not winter the room was far from the inner swimming pool which is better than the outside pool which was very cold in winter time .. spa is good it is beside the inner swimming pool but workers in spa not that friendly .. you need to walk in cold weather like 5 to ten minutes to reach the inner pool .. the room is not that big but includes everything .. also the bathroom is big and clean .. the balcony was dirty .. the inner pool was good , nice and warm also food was good .. the hotel was away from the beach you need a car to go to the beach .. also they offer a free ship trip but it depend on luck if you have a place on the ship or not .. so crasy so this place would take 3 stars in my opinion .

Good for families with children. The food is very basic. The hotel was very crowded in weekend and waited 4 hours to get room. Rooms are basic . Air condition in rooms is very strong cant turn on for more than 15 min
