Excellent family accommodations. The sweet was very spacious and comfortable. The pools are beautiful and the hotel is very well kept. The only thing that was not up to par would be the water slide which seems to be in need of a new coat of wax or a stronger force of water to allow for propelling.

Fantastic hotel which is very attractive for young kids. They have a fantastic pool area that includes a fake beach and a waterslide. They staff is very friendly and willing to please. There are several restaurants on site. The hotel is situated very close to the beach and the promenade.

Hotel mainly for families. The pool is only 1m depth Orible food! And be aware sine the night they stop the air condition!!

The best hotel in Eilat for families with kids. Period. Forget the others, this place has it all. Especially the sand pool was a big hit for our kids.

Great service, great pools, lots of fun and activities for the kids, good breakfast, did not feel crowded even though it was the middle of the summer vacation, well equipped rooms. The only inconvenience I can remember is that it was hard to find a empty chair for sitting or even to put your stuff on next to the pools.

Nice hotel with big pool and gaming area (Sony PS) for teens and playing room for kids. Rooms are big, little bit outdated. Terrible service in dining room

Overall it was a great vacation in royal garden. The food is 4 stars, although the salads gets 5 stars. We took the suite which was very clean and comfortable.
What's strange in this hotel is that surprisingly, the simple workers, pool boy, life guard, dinning room staff were very welcoming, nice and willing to help, what I cannot say about their bosses, the front desk which was very slow although is was not crowded, the dinning room manager who welcomes the dinners was slow and nervous. Even the lady from the customer relationship was not nice. I told her that many small tiles in the pool are ripped and they cut my toe at the end of the water sliding, she just said there are many such complaints and that another one cut is toe not expected from a manager of relationship. The kids diving guide girl was awesome! The coffee maker lady was awesome!
