If I was writing a school report for this place it would say "must try harder" for every subject. When we turned up (admitadly before check in time) there was no one at reception, so we could not leave our bags straight away. They forgot to clean the room one day, which would have been ok but we needed new towels. No carpet in the room so walking around bare foot was very cold. They have Nespresso machines in the rooms but don't provide coffee cups or milk or a kettle so the only thing you can do with it is make espresso. All in all everything seemed a bit half arsed.

Very good location, a nice renovated apartment hotel, our room was on the 4th floor without an elevator, but we paid a good price. No lobby..

beds were decent, internet connection was fast and good location- thats about it on the positives. The room was tidy, but not clean. Old soap bars left in the shower, small things floating in the water provided, sheets smelled horrible and the air con kept glitching all night long. On the first night we were on a street facing room - only accept this is you enjoy listening to traffic and cars all night long. We had a back facing room the next night and that was marginally better. If they invested in some sound insulation and a new cleaning staff this place would have been so much nicer than it was.
