Perfectly fine place to stay, with beautiful surroundings. Pool is a decent walk from the hotel, though. Not luxurious but nice - room had an amazing view, though. Would go again.

Stayed four nights here and the concierge was very helpful. The lifts and rooms were a little dated but breakfast and dinner were tasty and it was a good spread. Appreciate having a few shops to get souvenirs and a large seating area. WiFi in the room and dining areas can be quite weak but there was strong wifi in the lobby.

Stopped for lunch. It was alright, though nothing special. It's upside is that it can host large groups. There is also a great view from the balcony. Again, not amazing in terms of food but I certainly would stop in again.

Came with a Taglit Birthright group and this was the nicest place we stayed at. Friendly staff, good food, and nice rooms! Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Jerusalem

The hotel is nice but the location is far from the city center. There is not much to do here and the public transport to here is not so good. Not the first choice if you want to visit Jerusalem

We weren't at the hotel but were at a wedding at Ramat Rachel. The place is very nice except for two things for which I would not have a wedding there. One, the entrance/exit to the beautiful outside chupa is too tight and too thin and therefore, if you have a big crowd, people are left out. Two, the hall is on a slant and feels like the bottom of a large pool (which it might have been). Therefore the dancing tends to slide slowly downhill and sitting at the table is somewhat uncomfortable as it's on a slope.

Stayed there at the beginning and the end of an 18 day tour with middle school. Great accommodations, clean, friendly staff. Would stay with my family on a visit back to Jerusalem.

Location is on the edge of Jerusalem. Room was modern and clean. The sports complex is enormous, but under construction during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

NIce clean rooms, good breakfast. Very good for groups, less so for individuals who wish to explore Jerusalme without a car.

Very nice place for weddings. The grounds are very pretty and the food is quite tasty.
For weddings, the ceremony is typically outdoors looking toward Bethlehem. The hall itself used to be a big tent-like structure but was converted many years ago into a real hall. For some reason it is still on a slant so it makes the experience there a little odd. Otherwise very nice.
Parking gets crowded and you may end up walking a bit to and from your car.response / report this review -

Great place. Not in the center, so it is a little bit more reasonable. Rooms are clean, food is awesome. Lots of options, and done well. Although it could get boring after a while.
They have a hall for events. A beautiful place for a chuppa. They also host conferences and events there. We really like the location and service.response / report this review
