We had a pleasant stay, well organised, no issues, good food and service and friendly and helpful staff

Stuff in this hotel is very nice, the hotel also is very comfortable. However it is little hard to sleep because of working air condition (you can turn off this one in your room, However you still hear the other ones)

Room may be a little small, but I'm by myself. Just right! And they probably have bigger rooms and suites available. 😊 The staff has treated me right. Kinda hard to spot the turn-in off the main street at night, but worth the effort.

Was very good but the pool was closed mist of the time and the lobby was very crowded.

Housekeeping failed to restock hand towels and the front desk was consistently unhelpful in supplying them. I had hand towels one day out of four and asked for them restocked every day.

Likewise, the hotel staff consistently ignored requests to fix the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

    Overall, poor service.

Great restaurant and cleanliness. Showers are not great, but not terrible.

The hotel has a nice geographical location, but when I visited it, there was no Wi-Fi in the hotel, and I got bite by some insects probably in the hotel.

Tight spaces, but great dining selection. Service desk is not friendly. Pool not open in Winter.

Good hotel, 15 minutes walk from the Old City. Tram nearby if traveling further afield.

Good Budget Hotel. The Buffet is nice, but sometimes a Bit crowded. Which is a good sign for the Hotels success.

Do your family a HUGE favor and stay away from this hostile place.
We were terrified by the language used toward my wife by one of the staff members during breakfast with my family there on September 7th.
Bad for him, (and us too) we understand Arabic very well.
Bty, We are still waiting on the management response to the incident.

    Check out King Solomon hotel.
Much better for the same or less dollars.
