very very bad hotel should be closed up ,terrible service sheet had blood stain on it ,was able to hear neighbour ,price was ridiculous have more to say but ill say it in three words don't stay there
Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel is very basic. However a few things put me off; they post that they do not allow outside alcohol in their hotel. Presumably so you buy their overpriced beer and wine. Hotel rooms smelled like smoke. I also had to ask 4 times to get the toilet fixed and it never was fully taken care of.
Good breakfast, the rooms are also nice. The elevator is a little bit slow and you hear some kind of ventilation All the time.
This hotel sucks 😉This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. They never clean the rooms! The nastiest worst dirty rooms I've ever been in. The beds have hair and the floor also has long hair and dirt. The cups are dirty the bathrooms are dirty. We are begging for a cleaner to come 2 days now. Please never come to this hotel.

Lovely view of Jerusalem from the 10th floor, great breakfast. Real value for money,
the worst hotel I've visited ever!!!! Stay away. the whole building is dirty and the rooms smell like smoke.
Great location. Right next to Central bus station
Very small rooms, no bottle opener. Good food. Fast elevators. Cool front patio area. Good air conditioning in room.
Clean, good food, WiFi free even rooms
Bad service altitude, poor dinner, only few chooses, small bed, no hair drier.
will not back again!
It's a mistake to call this hotel a 4*. There are many broken and even dangerous elements in the room. None of three lamps was working! Broken electrical outlet and a plug with dangerously opened broken wire. May be this is why the lamps were not connected to the electricity. The window does not open normaly. Door knob to the bath&wc was broken. Old cheques and envelope was left behind cabinet after previous guest - nobody consider cleaning there was necessary? Definitly it is not a 4* hotel. May be it was sometimes befor, a long long time ago, but not now.
Terrible hotel. Tiny bathtub, no drain stopper, in order to save money on water. Towels are tiny in order to save money on laundry. TV not working. Walls are peeling off. No parking. Breakfast is not really included, nothing is included. Terrible experience, simply just don't go there.
Did not have a good experience here. Not friendly staff. Rooms were overbooked. I was with a youth group and they rushed us out and into the dining halls..
Ordinary hotel. Nothing special. Good location and that's it)
You cannot beat the customer service in this place. By the time you are done staying here the staff and owners have become your family. At first it seems like an average hotel, but after you experience a few days with them and see how they handle the guests and the issues that arise, they grow on you. Then you find out whybecause the owner has a heart of gold and cares for her employees like her own children!
The staff are courteous and friendly and the food is quite good. The rooms had some issues, especially in the bathrooms, like broken shower or electrical outlets not working. Room service seemed to skip a few rooms of our group while doing a good job of cleaning others. We had a large group and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Otherwise a decent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem.
