A reasonable motel for tourists, including fine breakfast, the location is excellent, in the center of the town.

The evening staff is disgusting. I left my black canister with my medication in the fridge and the person who cleaned my room either threw it away or kept it. The canister was a yeti to keep my medication refrigerated. They did the bare minimal to find it and lied to my face to blame it on me. While the whole day I left my bag in the hotel office. While their lost and found is comprised of shoes and swimming attire. I find it hard to believe that they would even consider taking the canister and intentionally throwing out my medication.
Also because of my unique circumstance during checking in they doubled my prices.
Terrible terrible terrible service.

סך הכל אכסניה טובה ביחס למחיר,מיקום טוב,אוכל די טוב וטרי.
מה שהרס את החוויה שלנו זו אחת הפקידות בקבלה שהייתה חסרת סבלנות באופן חריג ולא מקצועית(יש לציין ששאר הפקידות היו בסדר גמור).

A great hostel in the middle of Jerusalem. The location is great, not right in the center, which is very noisy, but a short walk to downtown, the Old City, and the 1st station. Also right on many main bus routes.
The staff here are great. Very friendly and always helpful when you need them.response / report this review -
