הבית הזה נבנה ע''י אדם מאד מעניין, אדריכל, ארכאולוג קונרד שיק. ראש העיר המנוח טדי קולק אמר פעם, שרוצה להתגורר בו לפני שיילך לעולמו. הבית נבנה בסגנון אקלקטי עם אלמנטים תנ''כיים (קרניים כמו של מזבח על הגג)
