The price and the location are good. The interior however is old and run down and the hallway smell like old eggs. For a one night stay its ok.

A beautiful seaside location with comfortable affordable rooms with an old world charm, plus a world class golf course with great food and a nice pint sure what more could you ask for, well worth a visit.

Staff are nice enough, hotel is a little run down and in need of an update. Pool area is OK but in need of the same treatment. I suggest eating at the bar rather than the restaurant, much more comfortable.

Food good. Rooms are nice and clean. Reception staff nice and efficient. Dining room staff are a bit under pressure particularly at breakfast. But the biggest let down is the cleanliness of the pool and locker area. It doesn't open until 8am weekdays and 9am Sundays so no chance of a swim before breakfast as breakfast finishes at 10am.

A bit old fashioned, but nice enough for a weekend away. Views are great though

Great hotel with friendly staff located a 5 minute drive outside Sligo. Bedrooms are huge and many have a sea view. Food served in both the restaurant and the bar - just be careful of the times they stop serving food - best to ask each day as it seems to vary especially during off peak times. Definitely worth another visit.

My major gripe would be the musty smell of the place which looks like it comes from the carpet when you enter (although you do get used to it). There was a lot of families when we were here and all seemed to be enjoying themselves. This is in a beautiful part of the country and if you are just looking for a place to put the head down this will suffice. Bedroom was just OK and you could see it could do with a little bit of work.
