Staff are so friendly, the food is excellent, the rooms are amazing and it is in a lovely location. Was so happy to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone who vists this area

I was up graded to a suite with jacuzzi, four poster bed and comfortable settee. It was beautiful, also clean and had all the facilities and toiletries that I could require. My meal was delicious, the best homemade chips I have had in a long time. The service was superb and the mini breakfast I requested was just right. The reception staff were very helpful, all in all a very enjoyable stay. I would heartily recommend it.

Went in for dinner , which was lovely. However from the get-go the receptionist was extremely rude! A very bad mannered skinny blonde with no people skills and a bad attitude. Extremely poor customer service on her behalf . She really lowered the tone of the place with her abrupt and ignorant manner. Certainly will not be returning to spend my hard earned money on being made feel so unwelcome!

Lovely setting for a wedding venue. Rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The balcony's overlooking the park really give a Mediterranean feel. Food is lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly

I've given this 5 stars as I have stayed here twice and each time I have visited my circumstances have led me to ask for special requirements. On each occasion I feel that the staff went out of their way to help and accommodate myself and my family. It's in a lovely local area of Ireland that has some shops nearby. The hotel itself is very clean. The food and drink is very good here as well.

The hotel is smart, modern and staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was large, well appointed, clean and comfortable. An expresso coffee maker is provided with plenty of pods or tea, milk and sugar but no biscuits. The menu was a bit limited to pub type meals but the quality and service was good. Parking is provided and seemed adequate. The location is in the small Irish town of Newtown Mount Kennedy set in beautiful surroundings.

The hotel is very good with good sized rooms and it's very clean. The only drawback is there is very little to do in the evening in the village. If your golfing in the area then this is a good hotel to stay in.

Nice rooms but could do with some basic repairs. Room was very warm!! Lovely staff and the bar is quite nice and serves good food.
