NO STARS - Disgusting way to serve a carvery!! Staff serving at the carvery counter lifting food with blue disposal gloves!! instead of using kitchen utensils, real pigs troff serving. Put me right off. Live in Dublin 21 years and it's the 2nd time I've encountered that. Disgusting.
Loved this hotel. Excellent location, lovely décor, comfortable rooms. The staff upgraded our room when we told them it was our honeymoon and we'd had a difficult trip up to that point, and that was such a nice gesture for us. Would absolutely stay here again.
Nice location and amenities, clean and updated, but shoddy craftsmanship in the bathroom gave it a cheap feel.
Clean and tidy. Helpful and friendly staff. Coffee price reasonable and service good. Nice surroundings. Not modern but that's nice. Good spot.
The hotel staff has been very nice and helpful. It's is conveniently located in walking distance to pubs and restaurants. This made it tough to fall asleep with the noises of people having a good time into the night and a bagpipe player nearby. The bathroom is very night with a great shower/tub. The bed sheets need to be softer, that are shiff and almost itchy. After the Air BnB we stayed in the previous view nights, it was a delight.
Best location, best service, great breakfast. Enjoyed staying there very much!
Old historic Dublin hotel
Very central. Staff helpful and breakfast very good. Reception small and bit cramped. Nothing to complain about at all hence the 3 stars. I have stayed in better hotels.
