The food was excellent, but the menu is short. Also no salmon or other fish than cod and hake. The men staff are chaotic and rudeish because they have no manners. They tried to be helpful, but without success. All in all, it was pleasant even though we had to leave before the band started to sing

Great beer, great food. Just a bit uncomfortable when its busy. I love it for a quiet pint and snack. Erdinger on tap too which makes me happy :-)

The hole in the wall is the longest pub in Ireland and situated at the phoenix Park. Was a while since I'd been there and it's a great spot. Had chicken wings and they were really nice. It's an old style pub so there's a lot to view while eating or sipping your pint. Big car park too.

Great food and very friendly and helpful staff. We had 5 tapas between 2 of us and they were all delicious.

This is a fantastic spot for an after-work bottle of wine, without corkage and a bite of tapas. Pints are good, and with the longest bar in Europe it attracts a great crowd, both local and tourist alike.
They also put on some great live music most nights I've been there.

Only downside after 8pm good luck fitting in the door, not to mind getting a seat.

Great decor pub with somewhat suburban vibe but not too much. Good selection of mainstream and craft beer. The USP on offer here is the ability to buy top quality wine in their wine shop at shop prices and drink it in the bar in top quality wine glasses. Food is good enough but I wouldn't write home about it.

Longest bar in Ireland so I'm told. Lovely servous. Difficult getting a seat at first but it was on the back holiday weekend so not surprised. Was surprised at why so many were there either after experiencing the nice staff, lovely atmosphere and a great variety of drinks. Didn't have food but it looked lovely. Will definitely be back.

The Hole in the Wall is a long-time favourite of mine and I've been back there more recently again after long walks in the Phoenix Park. They have a great range of craft beers, something that is still slow to develop in equally well-known pubs. Their bar menu is extensive and good value with generous portions. I've had the chicken wings recently and they're the best I've ever tasted!

Located beside pedestrian entrance to the phoenix park, makes it a great place to end up at the end of a walk in the park. Always buzzing, great atmosphere. Gastropub food with range of craft beers on tap, as well as extensive wine list. A series of cosy rooms, open fireplaces. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

What can I say! Spot on! Lovely place to eat. Cosy for those winter nights too. Great selection of food and drink. Will definitely be back next time we're over in Dublin.

Came to the Hole in the Wall with a large group of friends. No problems getting a big long table, as this is a BIG LONG pub, the longest in all of Ireland, I'm told.

They have an amazing selection of beer and wines, and each section of the pub is different in its own way. I can't really speak to the food, as we only had some appetizers, but they weren't anything special.

When I was here in November, the Christmas decorations were just starting to ramp up, and I was told that going overboard on Christmas is the tradition here! Overall, fun place.

What an amazing find! Great food - seafood chowder gorgeous! A quirky atmosphere and Christmas decorations were jaw dropping in a Santa's Grotto kind of way! Loved it.

Food - not good. Simple as that. It might be a good place for a pint, but I would not recommend it you want to eat something good. Staff is not super friendly or helpful either.
