Very nice reasonably priced hotel at a wonderful location next to the ocean beach, close to the airport and downtown Dublin. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast for 10 euro dollars was very good. Dinner on the bar and grill was also very good. The room was clean, comfortable, newly renovated and quiet. The room also had a safe. There were many eating places near the hotel and the buses stop right in front of the hotel. This is my new favorite hotel in the Dublin area.

It's affordable - but it's best days seem to be passed as the property and rooms are quite dated and a bit worn. Location is great for the beach views and proximity to the airport, Malahide, Dublin and Howth. Pub is a quite nice place for a pint. If coming from the US and arriving early - unless you had requested and early check in - don't expect any effort in trying to accommodate you. Overall - it was a place to sleep when everything else was booked up in Dublin - but I wouldn't stay there again.

Very nice hotel..our third time to stay here..location beautiful..beds comfortable..food really niceonly downside was the sensor light outside the bathroom automatically came on when one of us got up at night lighting up the whole room but apart from that we have no complaints and will be staying here again

Decent accommodation with a cosy local bar. located directly opposite Portmarnock beach. It is a pity there is not a terrace overlooking the beach for events, weddings etc. This is due to an overly large hotel car park blocking the view despite adequate parking at the back of the hotel
