Small but very clean and good service from the staff. Breakfast was pretty standard but it tasted fantastic! The balcony overlooks the main street and is very close to everything, for example pubs, food chains, casinos etc. Overall a great place.

Service at the Dublin Central Inn was impeccable. Breakfast buffet had a good range to choose from with regards to cooked breakfast. I didn't pay much attention to the cereal range. Coffee offered was decent. Continental breakfast offered at €7 per person. Rooms were a little on the small side, but of you're looking for somewhere to sleep in between adventuring Dublin, rather than a resort to spend your time at, look no further.

Two things I didn't like.
1. Bathroom fan noisy as f**k
2. Cleaners start early, don't hope for a lie in on Saturday morning after a boozy Friday night, it will be too noisy.

Otherwise all was fine.

We really enjoyed our two nights stay at Dublin central. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It had tea and coffee and a nice shower room. The hotel was close to the bus link and it was a good location lots of little supermarkets and cafes.

The showers are tiny. The walls are thin. Small tvs. Not the best neighborhood.

Small everything, room size, shower size, tv size (12"?), you definitely get what you pay for. Positives - blow dryer included? 10 minute walk to interesting sites, I guess that's all.

A decent hotel at a fair rate, but a little run-down. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, which seemed to come from the ventilation system. Nothing the staff could do about it as they had no other available rooms :(

Stayed here for 2/3 nights. Simple accommodation but still nice. It's very well situated and you can walk to the Temple Bar area in 5/10 minutes. Staff were helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there before and after check in.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 week in mid-May.

The first 2 nights were fine, but the rest were pretty bad. The room we stayed in was right outside a patio, so we were kept up all night by drunken screaming/yelling and cigarette smoke. I have never before seen a hotel that does not enforce some type of quiet hours during the night. For some reason, our hotel room also got very warm/stuffy despite the cooler temperatures outside, so not having air conditioning or being able to leave the window open (because of all the smoke coming in) really made it worse.

The hotel itself is in a good location but the road it's on is a bit shady late at night. The room was nice sized though and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom felt dirty and in need of some TLC. The sink drain was broken and constantly had to be yanked and then held up to drain out the water. This got to be be pretty annoying after a week of constantly having to do this. The tub also had no type of grip on the bottom and was as slippery as glare ice when it was wet. 2 of us almost fell and cracked our heads.
