Would stay here again; was good in every aspect and walking distance to many attractions. A few minor details; the bathrooms were very dark and to climb into the shower tub was uncomfortably high. Towels were scratchy. Front desk folks were helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Nice LARGE room was a nice fit after our tiny room in London!

The room we stayed in aren't spacious. We had trouble getting our large piece of luggage into the room. It had strange moldy smell when we walked in and the bathroom smelled funky as well. Leaving the window open seemed to help with the smell. My fiance is 6 ft 1 and he had trouble using the shower as the tub was also quite small. It's an inexpensive place to stay a night but don't expect anything more than a bed and a washroom.

Very well located. A quiet area but near to everything. 15 minutes from epic and 20 minutes from Temple Bar. Good breakfast. Small rooms, a bit dated but very clean. Great shower. Staff are helpful.

Comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff very helpful. Wish to mention that hot water was potentially dangerously hot.

We arrived after midnight after missing our connecter flight and were greeted with a warm welcome and a clean and very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly

Generally the staff were good especially the lady at Reception.
But we found the breakfast a disaster!
Very few options at the buffet.
    Cold plates
No offer of a fresh hot breakfast - just hopeless scrambled egg at the buffet which looked as if it had been there for 24 hours. Not what one expects in a Dublin where great Irish breakfasts are always served
    No bacon
    Burnt sausages
Cheap fruit juice and only orange.
    No toasting facility
    General apathetic staff
No fried, poached eggs offered fresh from the kitchen offered by staff
    Poor options of cereals

The bedrooms looked very tired and the bed linen needs to be re- renewed

The TV was ancient and only 4 channels offered - and not good channels. Felt like the seventies!

Hope this helps to upgrade your services

Will not book there ever again!!
    Regards

My parents stayed there for 6 days. They were so glad with the hotel. Really well located, 5 6 minutes by walking to the city center. There are nice pubs around. Staff were so helpful. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing that to get room service my husband had to go to the front desk. It was not advertised that room service was not available, only that the bar was closed. I think that for a 4 star hotel the lack of room service is a terrible flaw. I would have only rated your hotel a 2-star.

I should have been advised that the restaurant and bar were not open before my stay, then given the chance to move to a sister hotel.

This has been my first time staying at your hotel. I was using a Pigsback voucher purchased recently. The hotel is comfortable, clean and very accessible. I found the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered an excellent and tasty choice of food to set me up for the day. I will be happy to recommend it and stay again.

If there is anything to improve on I would suggest a thermostatic control for the radiator in the room as it was too warm for me.

We had a really good experience with the hotel and thought the location was really great, walking distance to all of the main sights in Dublin. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the stop for the Airlink bus to the airport was super convenient. The room and bathroom were nice and perfect for 2 people. My one complaint is that the room was very dark even with all of the lights turned on. The other weird thing is that the hairdryer was attached to the drawer of the desk so that you could not move it to use it anywhere else in the room. Overall a good stay.
