It reminded me of Faulty Towers. The owner/ Manager was very argumenativ when food was wrong. He actually threw a strop when I suggested he calm down and ran his business like he depended on the income. The expletives from him would make a sinner blush. Avoid this place like the plague. Outdated and tired rooms and facilitirs.

This hotel was booked for us by John, who owns CYCLE TOURS IRELAND. It was a one night stay on an amazing week of cycling. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast filling (as most Irish breakfasts are!). Our room off the back looked over the parking lot, but was quiet. Thanks for the warm welcome to Ireland and for accommodating John, his bicycles, and all of his group!

We had a great confirmation dinner at the Merriman in Kinvara. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was superb! I loved the detail of the menu. Definately a place to add to your list of places to consider for special occasions!

Family all got together and held a surprise birthday party for my wife. Staff was very accommodating, and the place was big enough that I didn't feel we were bothering other patrons.

Prices were reasonable and there was a good selection on menu. The waiter was polite and attentive and the food arrived after a short wait. The food was mostly excellent but the ribs were quite tough in placed. Everything was presented well and the burger was well enjoyed.
