Beautiful hotel with a fabulous room. Some of the spa facilities required maintenance attention however. They were not acceptable when paying premium prices for treatment.

Everything seemed good.the reason I gave it a 4 as opposed to a 5 was because I was eitha group of members from their.W.A. for their 'November ' angel' campaign launch with a few of the Galway minor and senior hurlers,on November 1st,2017.didn't have time for a bit to eat in it!

Fast and friendly check in. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Food delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast provided a wide variety of cereals, cold meats and cooked hot food.

Just back from the Lough Rea Hotel, great stay as usual. Its about our 5th time staying and as always everything was lovely. Staff are all friendly and helpful and the comfort cant be beaten. My daughter and I visited the spa for the first time and had facials, wow, what a lovely atmosphere! Will definitely be back.

Only visited the restaurant although the venue offers a variety of services. Food was fairly good for a Sunday afternoon. Would visit again

Have been in the hotel on a wedding and everything was organised by the highest standard. Great food and drinks options, very nice personnel, pleasant room decoration. They have even stocked restrooms with flip flops for tired feet - brilliant idea! Very good venue for your special days.

Not a 4 star. Drinks served without a coaster, no friendly hello. No pool. On arrival not asked if we wished to reserve a table for dinner, ended up eating in the bar. All together a 3 star experience.

We got lost and stumbled upon this beautiful place! As we were only eating in the restaurant I can't comment on the rooms, spa etc
But the food we had was of a very high standard! Beautiful food and such big portion sizestaff were the most friendly, one girl and I spoke in length about my order!! Highly Recommended Here!!,

I recently visited your hotel with a couple of friends. I would like to say from the moment we stepped through the door to the time we left, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The staff in every area (spa included) were so friendly and lovely and made you feel so very welcome and that nothing was a bother. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Even though it is situated near a main road, we did not hear a sound in the night. Would highly recommend.
