Restaurant has good options and lovely views. Great parking and a good choice to meet friends close to city. Spa is superb.

We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic. We were only supposed to stay for 3 nights but because of the hurricane they accommodated us for another night. We would gladly stay again.

Staff very friendly but tables = service not organised. If each waitress had their own area to look after it would be easier on every one. Having to wait at the till to pay is not necessary when there is such efficient staff who could take the money at the table. This would also ensure better tip for your staff.
Food was delicious and great value for lunch. Beautiful view on the terrace and lovely ambience.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the atmosphere from the moment we stepped through the doors. Friendly welcoming staff. Couldn't do enough for us. The room was luxurious and so comfortable. We ate breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the river Lee. Beautiful, can't wait to visit it again.

At a wedding here. Thought the rooms were excellent. Really well provisioned with bath and separate showers. It was a hot day and having a proper aircondioning unit in the room was a big plus.
The breakfast was lovely with buffet and menu options. I was tempted by the steak and eggs but settled on eggs bending. Lovely.
The view of the river and it's weir made a delightful backdrop to breakfast and the staff were very friendly.
As a wedding venue it was great. The room was a good size and the food was nice. Would go again.

Lovely hotel. There's a fantastic river walk behind it. It's not the most centrally located place but the walk into town is lovely.

We honeymooned in Ireland almost a year ago to this posting. The best place we stayed that whole amazing adventure was this Kingsley Hotel. The people were friendly, the manager went out of his way to accommodate some weary travelers still acclimating to the left side drive-narrow Irish roads. The bar was stocked and full of friendly people. The walk into city center was relaxing along the river Lee. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Cork, this is it: The Kingsley Hotel, And the old insane asylum across the river, How did everyone not know the story there??

Wonderful staff, comfortable, lovely and functional rooms, fantastic breakfast, and one of the best spas I've been to. Couldn't have been happier with my stay. Oh, and the view and the infinite jacuzzi overlooking the river was icing on the cake.

Wonderful hotel. The staff are warm and friendly. The outdoor heated pool is also quite nice with a great view.

We stayed here for three nights and everything was fantastic! Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We had the buffet breakfast every morning and ate in the restaurant one evening and everything was just perfect.
