  Once they have your money, you're on your own. They informed me that it's normal for my alarm not to go off when the door is opened with a screwdriver. Also they say that if there is a problem with the alarm that I have to deal with Ford customer service. Customer service say it's a dealer issue.
  My last dealing with them before this was a service. They didn't put the oil cap back on resulting in my engine bay being covered in oil. They power hosed the visible oil but the DOE center told me that serious damage remains.
  I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people.
