After spending the day shopping at Kildare Viĺlage outlet I asked Google where is a good place to eat. It suggested Hartes Restaurant in Kildare Village. Well all I can say that it was spectacular find.
.Very cosy feel when you arrive. The food was brilliant. The staff could not do enough for us. They got back 5 clean plates and smiles all round the table. Just perfect. Please try it, cos I'll be back again.

Really enjoyed my meal here in Hartes. The steak was cooked to perfection. The ambience was so warm and inviting, I could have stayed for a second dinner. Simply delightful from start to finish.

Black pudding starters par excellence. This is a great spot to have some uncomplicated fare, prepared excellently. Parking is awful in Kildare town, so be prepared for that.

First time in Hartes today for a family lunch. The food was really nice everyone polished off their plate. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We were not rushed and we had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

Excellent place to eat. Friendly staff, great selection for rustic, local food. The most important is a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The bar in the same location also worthy to visit. Highly recommended!

Ate at the Bar side of the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. Was driving to Dublin from Ennis and found this gem. Had the beef slice, friends had the burger, cottage pie, pork chop. Everything was absolutely delightful. The bartender was very helpful and friendly.
