  I had to get a bit of paint repair work done on the car recently. I took a few pictures of the damage and e-mailed 3 places for a quote. Not only were Fitzpatrick’s the only ones who replied with an estimate for the work, they attached 2 detailed invoices (one to repair the main damage and one which included additional scratches and chips in the same general area). I found them to be equally professional once I brought the car in. The repair took two days and they arranged a courtesy car for me to use while it was being worked on. They also rang my insurance company while I was in the office to switch the cover. As I work in Dublin I was unable to come in during opening hours to pick the car up, but they made arrangements for me to exchange the keys at the petrol station next door (which they own) after work. I’ve had the car back for a couple of weeks now and the work done looks to be of the highest quality. They also carried out a pre-NCT service on the car at my request while it was in. Alan and Sinead were the two members of staff I dealt with and I found them very helpful and professional. Having lived in Dublin previously I was still inclined to bring the car back to the garage I had been using before, in future I’ll be using Fitzpatrick’s.

  1st class service at this garage. I'm using them for last 4 years and absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else.
