Absolute disgrace !! Staff are useless, I have been waiting over 45 mins for a sandwich ,spoke to staff and the reply was "oh I told her to do it!! Would definitely NOT recommend to any1. The toilets are vile with human waste all over the floors which are located right beside the eating area. This place does not come close to health and safety standards.

Although the kids area is amazing there are no supervisory staff in the area at all. The jam jar cafe (if you can call it that) is slow and the staff are rude. One of them looked at me like I had 4 heads when I said the milk was empty.
The worst was the "panini" they brought out to me. It was half a bread roll, sliced in half and toppings just mushed into the bread. Tasted like it was left for 20 mins before coming out. Asked where my lettuce was and was told they would bring a plate of it out for me, then came and took my "panini" away. I asked about the "panini" and she said oh its not really a panini how about a sandwich? That was 15 minutes ago. Still waiting Won't be coming back here and will definitely be in touch with the HSE and the HSA see photos I put up of toilet area

Lovely place for kids and birthdays. My son loves the climbing wall . I like to sit n catch-up with friends over coffee n cookies. Kids all busy.

No stars if option available website said open till 6 so got there its all closed 3 very upset children, I rang ahead and answering machine said it's busy look on line or leave message we will get back to you in a few hours

good for kids partys or just go with kids tgere and ket them loose while having a coffe or snack.
