Good service, they serviced my wife's car, they cleaned washed and hoovered it, that is a nice touch, it's the simple things that make me think there is some places are not so greedy, and I will go back there.

We visited The Crossings with a view to replacing a 13 year old Corolla. We were not sure if we wanted a new car or a good second hand. The car is primarily for my wife. We met Niall and after a short time with him agreed that a new Yaris would suit our needs nicely. We started with a basic petrol, but with an excellent trade in and finance package we came away with a Yaris Hybrid. What a car. We are thrilled with it. I am driving it more than my wife. Thanks to Niall we solved a problem and got a really good deal - we think - and a great car. We did not think going in we could afford a new car - we came out with a really good deal.

My first visit to The Crossings was Monday 13th March for an update to my Car as requested by Toyota. I had planned the timing to walk Home to ensure I would be back home for a certain time. To my surprise I was offered a lift Home which was duly accepted and was picked up to collect my Car. I had a quick browse around the Crossings Showroom admiring all the beautiful Cars as I was planning to upgrade my own Car. I had a quick chat with the Sales Rep. Robert who was very helpful and unlike other Car Sales Reps he was not pushing the Sales jargon through your ears. Once he knew what I wanted and what I could afford he proceeded to show me Cars in my range. I put the idea to the back of my mind and wanted to look around other Car suppliers. (as Women do).
I collected my Car after being updated and I was pleasantly surprised to find mt Car had been washed, and cleaned inside and out. When I got into my Car ,sitting on my Dashboard was a lovely gesture of mini box of chocs from the Garage. This was very much appreciated as a Customer .
I did look around other Garages for an updated Car but none of them came close to the Crossings in Naas in relation to Customer Focus and Service. I did end up buying my updated Car at the Crossings because I know I will be looked after. The Team at CROSSINGS are professional. friendly and efficient. From Ann at Reception , Robert on Sales and even the Lad who drove me Home and picked me up . The buying of my New Car went through seamlessly and on time. Well done to all the Team at the Crossings you exceeded my expectations .

Left my Landcruiser in today for service, excellent service from staff, could not collect and had it dropped back to me at work with no hassle, jeep left immaculate and full explanation of all work carried out. Have signed today for the service plan. Well done to all in the customer service department.

Left my Cruiser in for its Toyota Plan Service. Had washed it the day before service. Regardless, it came back washed again and fully cleaned out. Spotless in fact.

I received a courtesy vehicle for the day which was 162. Process was made simple and easy and especially where time is of the essence. Happy to keep going back.

Someone crashed into me last month while I was stopped at traffic lights and I really wasn't looking forward to replacing my beloved ten-year-old car. Sentimental value for me, I reckoned, but worth nothing to anyone else. However, Niall in Crossings Motor Centre organised a very good deal for a new Toyota, and a replacement vehicle over Christmas while I was waiting. Professional, helpful and welcoming service way beyond my expectations from everybody I dealt with there. I feel lucky that I found this place!
