This is without question one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We booked one of the junior suites and it's was simply a stunning room with a huge comfy bed, massive bathroom with a jacuzzi and TV, and also a giant TV in the room itself with an artificial fire. Would of been nice to have had a two seater couch other than the two separate chairs but still it was great. There was even Netflix on the TV so we were well and truly sorted. We got burgers for room service and they were delicious. The custom card was also a nice touch on arrival. People complain that it's pricey, but the value you get for the luxery is well worth it. We will definitely be returning next year.

Average hotel. Probably overpriced but this is Killarney. Staff were helpful, room was ok. Nothing exciting or standout about the place. Went for dinner at 7 but told the restaurant was not open till 8. Ate in the bar which was fairly good even if they did forget my dessert. Breakfast in the morning was good except for the porridge which was dreadful.

Very nice hotel. Rooms and bath are spacious. Spa and pool as well. Nice floor plan to enjoy the scenery. Onsite bar and restaurant too

Great service, centrally located in killarney right near the national park. Plenty of parking available on site. Good food, excellent bar, cheap rates, helpful employees. Good rooms with plenty of amenities. However, the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible and couldn't be used in my room the entire time.

Ve4y nice hotel and the staff are extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is also located close to the town centre and has all the eminities that you would want or need in a hotel. I will stay here again.

Overall enjoyable stay, but we were a little underwhelmed For the "manor house"-title and the high price we would have expected a bit more.
The room was nicely furnished, but some things were (a bit) damaged or not completely clean. The promised hairdryer was missing and the bathroom was getting old (silicon in joints looked rancid).
The Swimmingpool was okay, the sauna too, but nothing special.
Breakfast did not reach the level of good B&B's.

We have stayed here for the past three years and returning this year in September, fabulous guest service, staff are wonderful, food is great. Extremely accommodating in allocation of room to help with my mobility issues. Kane s restaurant minutes away for wonderful food and very near Killarney town. Bryan and I can't wait for September, looking forward to meeting Sean and Shane again, special thanks to Susan Randles for help with a suitable room. If you are visiting Killarney stay here, you will be very happy.
