This boutique hotel is absolutely grand. ALL the staff are above and beyond. They treat you more than guest, they treat you like family. This is your home away from home. They welcome you in with open arms. I have been to all of the main hotels here and this hotel staff are the only ones to make you feel so warm and welcomed. Truly is your home away from home

Great hotel. Room beautiful. Staff very friendly. Best dinner I've had in a long time (for mains I had chickpea cakesyum) Great location. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel right downtown Killarney with large comfortable rooms, a great location near numerous restaurants and pubs, and a nice bar at the hotel. Nice breakfast and a courteous staff.Highly recommended

Really brilliant staff. I arrived early when they were not yet serving food but the waitress asked the chef when she didn't have to and he cooked me exactly what I needed when he/she didn't have to. A very nice gesture and I really appreciated it. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Beautiful hotel, spacious and beautiful room, staff was wonderful, and the location is perfect. When we return to Killarney we will definitely be staying here again. Mike and the team, thank you again for our honeymoon card and for being so wonderful!!!

The staff here is more fabulous than you can imagine. Maura got us checked in while we were quite frazzled. Helped us park the car, even walked with us part way so we could find it. Her humor settled us down, she got us to food, got our excursions squared away. Couldn't top that until we met John next morning. We had to leave before breakfast to make a tee time. He had arranged a fully set table for us with eggs and sausage and coffee and croissants. Then gave us the best directions and advice for driving the rest of our trip.
