  What a find! A cute hotel, very clean and great service. The staff sheltered us during Hurricane Ophelia and went above and beyond to do their best WITHOUT power, gas and water. The manager was amazing as was Kieran our server who worked for more than 24 hours straight during the storm. Highly recommend!!

  Fantastic venue for my sons wedding two weeks ago. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. Views over the lakes were spectacular. Would highly recommend this hotel for weddings or a getaway break.

  Aghadoe heights is a 5 star experience without being fussy or pretentious . The staff were friendly and professional. The food was delicious and breakfast with Breda is a unique experience and not to be missed. All the staff are excellent especially Noreen and Christine on the front desk. The porters , cleaning staff , bar and dining staff all deserve a mention. GM Jason has a "well run ship". We keep revisiting and we will be back.

  Loved Aghadoe Heights from the minute I ever stepped foot inside. Got married here in March. couldn't recommend it highly enough. Staff are so pleasant and nothing is to big or too small.Big thanks to Marie the wedding coordinator couldn't have done it without her . Beautiful location looking over the lakes. Couldn't of wished for a better place to have our wedding. Our guests are still talking about it ! Thanks again Aghadoe!

  My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Aghadoe Heights for three nights last weekend.
  
  I could not fault a single thing. Everything was perfect. The amazing location, the large modern room, but best of all was the View. Picture perfect, I could look at that view for days. The lake with the mountain backdrop, beautiful.
  
  All of the staff we met were so nice. Kind friendly and very accommodating. I wish I had made a note of the names so I could give them all their due credit. Each and every one deserves the recognition. Keep up the great work.
  
  We had breakfast in bed each morning which was delightful and delicious. The breakfast ,the lunch and Dinner menus offer something for everyone. We had originally planned to go into the town to eat but after the delicious first meal we had in the hotel we decided to stay for more.
  
  We have stayed in lots of hotels around the world and we both agree your hotel is in our top three. We will most definitely be back.

  About a month ago my husband and I got married in this incredible place. Killarney is where we fell in love and we couldn't wait to bring our closest friends and family back. Aghadoe made all of our wedding dreams come true. They treated every single one of our 37 guests from the states like family. We married in the penthouse suite, and it was so beautiful that after spending a night there we ended up purchasing an extra night! I will never forget the memories that we made here, and can't wait to go back in years to come. Marie helped us with every wedding need we could have possibly needed, and then some! Brendon was so amazing in helping us with anything we needed taken to our rooms. He even made sure all of my things were ready in the penthouse the night before. Nathan and Lee were so awesome in the bar. They stayed up until all hours of the morning taking care of our drink needs and always had a smile on their face. Not to mention our drinks were top notch. Can't wait to see you all again sometime soon!

  My expectations before arriving at Aghadoe Heights were of excitement and luxurious experience. However this did not transpire. On arrival i was moved to a newly renovated area of building. In the morning I was awakened by drilling noise in nearby room approximately around 09.00, followed by banging noise next door presumably by a cleaner. Soon later I got a knock on my door then followed by another knock all before I had gotten up for my breakfast before 09.45. When i returned to the room after breakfast we received further knocks on our door by Cleaning staff! I then proceeded to check out for 12.00 where i was really annoyed and mentioned it at checkout.
  The previously evening I looked to order food after 21.00 from the bar lounge but was told that i could only order desserts. I was also quite surprised and disappointed with this from this hotel when compared to other experiences of other similar establishments.

  We stayed for one night and had dinner included in the package. The food was excellent and the service in all parts of the hotel (reception, spa, restaurant) was excellent too. Lunch was included with the spa package and that too was excellent and good value for money.
  The view from the rooms is spectacular, beds very comfortable, bedroom and bathroom is spacious.
  The bedrooms are a bit dated and could do with being modernized. While the overall spa experience is excellent, I would like to be able to smell something in the aromatherapy room and feel "salted" in the dry room. Other than that, the overall experience was great. I will definitely be back and would have no hesitation recommending to others!

  Arrived on a very wet day to be welcomed with smiling faces and a beautiful fire in lobby. We were upgraded to a stunning lake view suite ( room 251. ) This was a romantic break and everything about the hotel was perfect. We ate in the bar a few times as food was really good. Best breakfast ever !! would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Aghadowey Heights

  Our stay at the Aghadoe Heights was outstanding, from the welcome at reception to the well wishing from the doorman at departure was second to none. Every member of staff are so well trained in their respective fields that they are a pleasure to watch as they seamlessly make everyone welcome. We were upgraded to a garden suite which was a wonderful surprise, the room was beautifully decorated and no expense was spared in the fabulous decor. We ate both lunch and dinner in the bar, the food was amazing and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. There is also a very old world charm, that can be found in some five star hotels but the Aghadoe Heights has outshone any other experience because of it' s staff, their obvious pride in their work and the beautiful surroundings they work in.
