The rooms are lovely, the pool and changing rooms are cold. The bar/restaurant serves decent food. Food sensitivities are taken into account but do limit your choices substantially.

If visiting Tralee this hotel is a must the staff cannot be more accommodating
Rooms are kept to a very high standard, great leisure facilities and the bar and the restaurant have a very relaxing atmosphere, they have a excellent menu and if you like your steak
This is the place to go.😀

Amazing staff. Cozy bar. Good leisure facilities. Stayed here many times and never had any complaints. Rooms large and clean. Shopping centre, petrol station mcdonalds and a Chinese all located within a few minutes walk. Located on the outskirts of tralee rather than the centre

Great value hotel if you don't mind being outside the town. The rooms are lovely.. can get a suite for less than 100 for a night. Food is lovely. I've had the fish and chips and the steak and both were lovely.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is limited but has all the core machines you might need and some dumbell weights. No bench press or squat rack. The spa and pool is perfect.

Great place to stay if you prefer actual room space over luxurious lobby.

Rooms are huge! 4th floor suites have lots of closet space, a nice balcony looking on to the road, Manor shopping and mountains. Clean and modern. Leisure centre with water dancing classes you can join. I've tried all soup specials and all were great except tomato one. Leeks and potato, broccoli cheddar, and vegetable soup are creamy, perfectly seasoned and can even be ordered as a kids portion if you're having a big main course.

BBQ ribs is what I had every time. Very tender and meaty as suppose to bones in sauce.
