  Just moved to the area and had some heavy baby items arriving at the sorting office, not only were they super friendly but they even helped carry it out to the taxi and as a 7 month pregnant lady it saved my day! Big shout out to Mike and Lisa (hopefully got the names right!)

  Ordered ikea boxes a week ago. Ikea says delivery on Friday , unfortunately i got txt from an post that items will be delivered on Monday. I am home all day now checking tracking number and phone just in case of the delivery. The tracking number says that the an post attempted delivery at 13.09 and that the boxes are in Dublin 3 Fairview . I am home and still waiting for the delivery!!

  They never actually ring the bell, they just stop at the door and leave, then mark it as no answer at the door, i know this for a fact and has happened several times already. Honestly it's as if it was on purpose, I can't understand why they dont just ring the bell

  Worst post office service!
  
  I wish I could chose another office. I made a complaint a few months ago because the man working in the office was joking saying that the delivery guys don't go inside the apartment complex because they are lazy.
  
  Someone must have told him, and then another day he came to deliver something for me, he called the bell on my apartment, told me to go downstairs instead of coming to my door (note they only have to use the lift) and then harass me saying if I was the one complaining online. He also told me that I said that he was racist to me and that never happened!!!! He was really rude to me. From that day I ask my boyfriend to collect my parcels in this office because this guy is a nightmare!
  
  If you don't like your job, just quit and do something else!

  Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was verbally assaulted by the man that works there when trying to collect a workbook I ordered for college. As a result I did not get my package and had to order a new one, I am still recovering from this horrible experience to this day.

  I tried to pick up my post at 8:30 am today, 27th of December. Noone there. All doors locked. Your opening hours say something else. For me it s a working day.

  This office offers by far the worst customer experience ever.
  To the guy who works there. If you hate your job just find another one. You don't need to treat people the way you do it.
  People just ask for politeness not friendship
