Carelessness and Awful customer service by one particular lady who hasn't a clue. She tried convincing me I had to pay for postage again even though Postage paid was clearly written on the parcel, then she "forgot" to give my money back saying I confused her!

Terrible customer service, Post Master treats people like reaving invaders, and communicates through a series of scowling and grunts. Travel as far as it takes to avoid this Post Office and its horrible staff.

Very hateful people working here. The two ladies are like Rottweilers. I assume its family run as that kind of ignorence cant be coincidental. Close her down or get them out I reckon. Ill gladly queue somewhere else rather than go to this one even though it's my nearest one.
