Most helpful staff ever. I had my parcel stuck in limbo due to the pandemic. With the office closed I had no attempted delivery notice and no chance of retrieving it. Thanks to one of the employees, I'm now reunited with the package that came all the way from Japan. Thank you!

One star is even too much to decribe this company. Customer service doesn't know where the packs are, they don't even care to communicate with drivers or whoever is in charge and not either between each other!! They say that drivers tried to come a certain day when they never did! The collective point is a joke: i tried to get my pack and the person in charge took 30 minutes to find it and look even upset with me because i didn't know how the pack looked like (it was a gift, so no i couldn't know! This is your job my dear, you should know where you guys put the pack!). THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF UNCOMPETENT!!!

They’ve been so helpful to me, especially during these times. I truly appreciate their efforts and how understanding they had been with my deliveries & mails situation. Since my apartment building‘s reception closed, I couldn’t access my mailbox so I arrived with no claim docket at their office/ pick-up point but I explained my situation to Eddie & he and his team understood completely. Also, I wasn’t expecting that they’d find both packages since one of them was supposed to be claimed 2 weeks ago. I was super relieved and really thankful.

The tracking number online states attempt of delivery although I was home all day and was never contacted. I went to the depot as I checked online and it says my package is there. I was refused help as the attendant said they can’t do anything without the docket but a docket was never left in my postbox. It’s been a week now after first fake attempt and I still haven’t got my parcel or any update whatsoever. Very frustrating, specially during lockdown/covid19 times. An Post should be ashamed!

Eddie the postman is truly a legend. He and his team are efficient, helpful and most importantly, the glue that keeps us together in lockdown, delivering necessities and care packages from loved ones near and far. Nice to have a sense of community in the big schmoke, massive thanks to Dublin 8 An Post delivery unit for providing this in times we need it most.

How is the possible that in dublin 8 on Saturday delivery not complete and they say I can collect my parcel at the depot but the depot is closed
