Love this place!! We got here every year for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place. Well appointed rooms, attentive staff, quiet and peaceful, even though it's in the heart of Galway. Will definitely use this as home base on my next Ireland trip. Restaurant has excellent food, and very nice atmosphere. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating.

Friendly and hospitable staff. Great restaurant for brekfast and dinner. Fancy look and feel but completely comfortable. Convenient location to shopping. Parking hint - it is behind the hotel - so turn left just before hotel and take first right into parking.

Well organised reception.
Great twin bed room.
Large clean bathroom, good lighting, large shaving mirror.
Proper bath, shower is over the bath.
Heated towel rail and drying line.
Excellent breakfast.
Only had the bar food, very happy.

We have always loved park house and the staff are so helpful and nice. The food is top notch and there is a very extensive menu to suit all tastes. The fact that this restaurant has stood the test of time speaks volumes for it. They have tons of regular customers and will be around when many others have come and gone!! Keep up the good work

We recently had a 3 night break in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient, the food is the best we have experienced any where in Ireland and we have being around a good few hotels, the room and the hotel in general is first class, warm, clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back
