We had a great stay there. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was lovely. Class view of the river from our room. Would recommend jury's to anyone.
Its centrality, convenience and well-appointed location is its big draw; its proximity to interior and discounted parking are advantages too. As for being a member, there are also advantages: recognition, quick and agreeable service are evident.. As for accommodation, it is clean, and smartly maintained. One detail lets the latter down, namely the shower - the head should have multiple modes, not one. Disappointing feature. Otherwise, good value for money.
Excellent room! We loved being able to see the Corrib River from our window. The beds were comfy, room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. We'd love to come stay again in the future.
Excellent hotel. Stayed there a couple of nights on some business. Service was excellent. And the breakfast was one of the best in Ireland. Highly recommend it.
Great hotel at the foot of the Quay. Only an 8 minute walk to/from the bus and train stations. Nice room and grounds. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Galway.
Excellent location and staff. Alan the manager is a gentle and couldn't be more helpful. Somewhat expensive but worth it.
Nice hotel. Meets all of my basic requirements for being clean and we'll organized. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to many of the popular places in Galway from here
Decent hotel. Great location if visiting Galway. Right at the start of Quay street where all the bars and restaurants are located. Fantastic beer garden out the back for the rare sunny Galway days :)
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was superb and the outside river garden was beautiful. While it has great views of the river and the Spanish Arch, the city center location made for noisy days and nights. The hotel was bustling with large tour groups and students. The parking ramp was also expensive and a nightmare for someone used to a bigger American parking ramp. Scraped up the rental car trying to navigate the tight turns and super narrow parking spots. It is pefectly located for walking your way around Galway for shopping, eating and drinking. But, if you're like me and enjoy a quiet, slower paced experience you might opt for a B&B outside of the city center.
Great hotel, lovely bar and outdoor courtyard area. Simple yet sweet rooms, love the artwork hanging on the walls. View from most sides of the building, if not the front or right side of building, sort of bland but who sits and stares or a window all day long? Great spot though right on the river!
Perfect location and fabulous breakfast buffet with wonderful service!
Brilliant location, excellent staff. Great service
Very friendly people (like pretty much everyone else in Ireland!) You can't beat the location: go out the main front door, turn left, and you're on the main streets. Highly recommended.
Great staff, excellent location for moderate hotel. Stayed here last week when visiting from USA as it is walking distance to the local hospital which I needed as well as prime location in town. I appreciated the professional staff at reception and throughout the hotel. Great value for location and breakfast was good. Nice bar and staff.Try not to get a room facing the street as can be noisy.
The location is perfect! Parking garage is attached to the hotel. It's right next door to the Quays (restaurants and shopping). The room was adequate. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. No alarm clock in the room and not a lot of room to put our bags. The staff was very friendly! Overall, I would recommend this place for a short stay.
