The hotel is under renovations which I was not aware of. The rooms could use a soft renovation with furniture updates as well as the bathrooms. The property was clean and the staff very courteous when approached. They have a lovely glassed in dining area to watch Dublin life go by as you enjoy your Irish breakfast. I'm sure once renovations are complete the strategically placed hotel will shine!

Very overpriced. Was room only for 1 person €185 per night mid week! Was advertised as having a gym & restaurant on site but when I arrived I was told the hotel is under construction & that these facilities wouldn't be available during my stay. Staff did offer to order in food from another establishment. I was very disappointed about the gym. The location was city centre. I asked for a quiet room that wouldn't be facing a busy street & in fairness that was provided.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The staff were very helpful in particular Greg on reception.It is in a great location .
We had our breakfast at 7-45ish . However, our son had breakfast later and ordered a cooked breakfast. He was waiting so long , he had to go without it.response / report this review -

The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. Welcoming staff. Room was a good size. Basic bathroom with a weak shower. Bottled water in the room would have been a nice touch

A well staffed hotel located in Dublin's city center in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the city"s entertainment, shopping, and museums activities and public transportation services..
Rooms well appointed and comfortable. Cleaning staff could be more attentive eg, left previous guest towel in bathroom and forgot to replace tea/coffee cups.response / report this review -

Very good location.
Should renovate all commun parts.
The shower which has just been renovated was only with very very hot water and impossible to regulate.

Generally good. Rooms clean and good size bed etc. Corridors dark. Breakfast quite good but not a wide range of food on offer. For the price I would have expected better quality service and general facilities. Front desk were quite professional but not particularly friendly. Room service was slow and needed more than one call to reception.

First impressions are important, our first impression on entering the hotel on Monday afternoon was pretty
disappointing. The mat at the door was filthy, the floor not particularly clean and the tables in the foyer stained and untidy. Our room was smart enough and pretty clean although the view from the room was abysmal.
We were only staying for one night, we did enjoy our stay with the bar probably being the hotels best feature.
The staff were friendly and efficient, I understand some upgrading of facilities is planned, hopefully starting at the entrance.response / report this review -

Great location. Great breakfast. Really nice breakfast room.
Overall the decor is a bit old fashioned. Old carpets, narrow corridors. The room is ok, but I was expecting more.
The biggest gripe I had was that the shower was too hot. Although I complained and they claimed to have fixed it, it remained scalding hot. At the price I paid the very least I expect is to be able to take a comfortable shower.response / report this review -

It was a lovely hotel. The rooms seem lovely and quiet I couldn't hear other guests at all and we were across from lift. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It was a very clean hotel and staff were nice. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast it wasn't as nice as I'd expect and took a little time to get. I would stay here again.

Thank you for asking me for my view on my experience of my stay in your hotel.
Over people were very friendly and welcoming. They were few problem that I want to highlight.Firstly there was no Air conditioning as the thermostat was broken.Though, reception helped me out with a heater.
There was a problem with outside telephone line. I was desperate to make a call to England. The manager attended to it immediately.They were not able to fix the problem quickly.Fortunately, the person I was hoping to call was in the town itself was able to call just after the manager was attending to it.
The food was excellent, was promptly served me with utmost friendliness.
Apart from minor problems I high lighted to you .I enjoyed my stay at your hotel.

Lovely hotel. Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant menu is just right, with a good selection of dishes, all reasonably priced with generous portion sizes. The food is locally sourced and cooked to perfection. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Stayed here on two separate occasions during our trip for a total of three days. If we come back to Dublin we will stay here again for sure. The staff is incredibly helpful and go out of their way to accomodate you and give advice for places to dine and shop. The hotel is very central and is a quick walk to almost anything you could want to do. It was a very clean and comfortable stay. Be sure to take advantage of the breakfast options in the morning. Everything we had was delicious. Top notch.
