  My aunt didn't have a good experience here. The staff were friendly and welcoming but they just didn't seem to understand her needs. The whole family found it stressful. Management gave the impression that money was scare and almost everything we wanted had an additional charge. Food was ok, not great, atmosphere was dull.
  Overall, it was much better than being in hospital and her stay got her well enough to go home, but it could have been a lot better.
