  The Family was really nice. The rooms were old and run down. Hair on the pillows and in the shower. Not a place I would stay again. Too expensive for what you get.

  Furniture in room was very old, not very clean, and overpriced. Ground floor had an overpowering smell of grease from kitchen. Double charged on credit card, which was not resolved willing despite many followups. Best to avoid this place.

  Clean rooms and okay beds. The 5 star rating is for the family running the place. The father was super friendly amd the mother (even with a broken leg) went out of her way to serve us. They daughters even helped serve breakfast in the morning! Well done!! And only 5 minute walk from the town.

  Stayed here by complete chance. We pulled up to park and Adrian, the owner, happened to be outside. He greeted us and asked where we were visiting from. We ended up staying and it was perfect. Trish, Adrian's wife, made us a superb breakfast. She made what we southerners call "Biscuits".. Excellent!

  Tiny rooms with the double bed so saggy into the middle. Clean enough and owners helpful. Breakfast was extra for us and we went out for day trips. Didnt feel it was worth the amount they were asking.

  Located at 5min walk from Eyre Sq. Bed was uncomfortable - two soft mattresses stacked on top of each other for some reason. For the price, the amenities didn't seem worth it. No attention to detail - no notepad/pen in the room or any shelf space in the bathroom.
