  Weird place. Spoke to the owner / manager 2 times one the Phone while I stood at the reception, but he could not come. Facilities were averige, shour took a long time to become warm, but eventually it was fine. Absolutely nothing to do at the site and I had the impression I was the only guest, even there were mobile homes on site with guests. Price 8 euro's was fine, but a weird place.

  Good clean facilities in a nice quite area. The kids play area could do with a little more in it but a fantastic spot none the less.

  I have reluctantly given this site a one star, owning to the fact that I cannot publish this unless I do. I had to select this site the Bank Holiday weekend, (August) after failing to get anything closer to Galway City. The site is deplorable after a drive in from the main road onto nothing more than a dirt track. The facilities were very poor. The showers do not work properly, after a minute or so they stop. The block is very smelly. The kitchen facilities are practically nil. No sitting room facilities for people in tents. No WiFi even with a booster. The cost was practically the same that I paid for a four star facility in West Cork. A very bad advertisement for Galway. These people should not be allowed to trade unless this site is improved and present a proper camping site,

  They are very rude people was told there was a space and wen we got there there I was told there was and ready to pay and then to be told there wasn't one there very rude scum they are It would put you off going to Galway this why they not on trip advisor they not good enough and wen you drive thru the place it's like a building site and a dump so don't waste your money there are nicer and friendly caravan parks around Galway

  I picked the site due to the fact it stated it had WiFi throughout the site. This was not the case, even with an iBoost. The showers when they worked were cold and didn't smell the best . After paying for two nights and being told which specific pitch to go on, we went to the Galway races on the Saturday and when we returned our pitch was taken. We should have left something to mark the pitch is what we were told. What happens if they go missing??? Instead of moving the people on our pitch we were told we could pitch in a field which was just as she said a field, neither flat, smooth or cut. Wouldn't go back I'm sorry to say. Only gets one star as you can't post without choosing one.
