Nice store. I don't like the layout as much as I like the shop in Henry Street. But as always a lovely selection of clothes, shoes and household products

Service poor. Very basic food pre packaged on offer . Plastic wrapped toasted sandwich they heat up. Limited choice for such a good food shop

Staff are happy and helpful. we had a snack in the restaurant it was described as a bloomer with egg, cherry tomatoes and bacon sadly it was not very good. ..I had presumed it would be prepared fresh but it obviously was prepackaged and heated through. The tea was excellent though.

Well situated. Good supermarket. Lacks household and probably other stuff, but is adequately stocked with clothing, certainly for men. Two attractive cafes/coffee shops - one on a ground floor corner, glass-walled, overlooking two prime streets, and the other on the roof, overlooking (if you stretch your neck!) the expanse of Grafton Street. The latter is an under-appreciated amenity on sunny days.

Went to the Terrace cafe on 3rd floor Marks and Spencer store Grafton st yesterday mid afternoon. I like here on the terrace cafe because its nice and spacious. Plenty of tables outside but indoors is also pleasant with air conditioning. Menu is limited to sandwiches , paninis and lots of delicious cakes and scones !!! Coffee and of course all kinds of Tea. Generally not crowded
except lunch times and weekends in summer with tourists.

A good M&S. Clothes upstairs, food downstairs.

One notable thing is that M&S' clothes are aimed at a southern England climate, so the summer stuff - in particular - is a bit light for Irish use.

A very large M&S with a cafe on the top floor and a food hall in the basement. In between there are three floors of clothes and shoes for casual to formal occasions. The cafe basically serves a cooked version of what is sold in the food hall and has both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Grafton Street. The clothes are of very good quality and while the selection is not exhaustive I have always found something suitable.

Good M&S store, the cafe experience this morning was pretty shocking. Woman in the green t-shirt dark hair working in there gives people who are not Irish the stink eye. Seriously should not be working with the public if you don't want to deal with people!

Service is good, and the selection is always nice. I will say every time I've been in here and have seen the manager out on the floor he always looks super stressed out. Is he okay? Can someone get him some orange slices?

Love to go there around 10 am with my young son and have a coffee and a scone. It is quiet then and on a warm day the roof top terrace is ideal.
