Horrible Service - There is a new young male staff member (definitely loves himself) very rude to multiple customers and lowers the tone of the Baxter and Greene

Nice and cozy, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Nice tea selection, a huge variety of cakes and friendly staff.

The Baxter and Greene on Charlottes Way (off Harcourt St) has the most professional, cheerful and efficient staff, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with every day and they are the reason I come back almost every day out of my way to buy my coffee from them. Each one is as good as the next and it is obvious they have a superb manager. A lesson in how a coffee shop should be run in the midst of all the hipster joints who think it's acceptable to forgo customer service just because they have the latest beans from costa rica. More like baxter and green please!
