Loved, loved, loved Butlers Chocolate; especially this location. The staff were really sweet and they seemed to be having fun, and making the best of serving their surly caffeine-starved crowds. The dark chocolate hot chocolate was my fav', and the choice of complimentary chocolate/truffle was a very, very nice touch. Happy me!

My favourite chocolate ever. Great coffee and nice cake. However, very small not very good to stay for long because it is very busy.

Usually quite busy so there can be a bit of a wait. Always order white hot chocolate which is delicious and highly recommend to anyone that hasn't tried it yet. Deducting one star because on my last visit I ordered my usual white hot chocolate but because it was so busy I got a "normal" hot chocolate which I only had a few sips from and had to discard. As the staff were so busy I did not want to ask them to remake it but definitely left me disappointed. Haven't been back since.

Flat White: one of the few chain coffee shops in Dublin where they make this properly. Small cup, correct strength and milk. Same value as most alternatives (€3) and as always you get the free complementary chocolate

Nice place, great selection of delicious chocolates and hot chocolate a bit pricy and usually a queue and can be a bit packed. Has outside area too. Yummy!
