Amazing stay at this fabulous hotel. Stayed at Christmas time and the atmosphere was amazing. Beautiful room very cosy bed. Loved the bath and food was fab.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and just had the most fabulous weekend there. All the staff were amazing from reception to breakfast staff!! Spa is complete luxury. Definitely would highly recommend it.

Fabulous in every way, Location, rooms, staff, food, Spa. The hotel is beautifully appointed and attention to detail is superb. Staff, particularly housekeeping and breakfast staff play a blinder at the hotel and have been so well trained. One or two receptionists are unnecessarily snooty, but I expect the better ones will knock that out of them. Breakfast (buffet style) is superb with many choices and staff work very hard to please everyone. The Spa is excellent and the separate leisure centre with nice pool, jacuzzi and steam room is very good although staff here could be friendlier. There is a wonderful outdoor playground for kids which is just very new and well-appointed. One of my favourite activities at the hotel was the beautiful 5km circuit in the hotel grounds. A wonderful place, a special treat and I highly recommend it.

Our executive room was beautifully well appointed. We had the afternoon tea and it was scrumptious! We also had treatments in the Oasis Spa, I opted for an Indian head massage which really hit the spot. The thermal suite and hydrotherapy pool were amazing. Sadly the breakfast let the lyrath down. The hot breakfast buffet was not hot and just didn't feel or taste deserving of 5 stars. I've tasted better at a roadside cafe. The rest of the breakfast offerings were excellent just the full Irish let it down. Overall the Lyrath is still excellent but getting slightly tired looking.

Loved it, great spa facilities! Busy hotel, make sure to book treatments a couple of weeks in advance of your stay. Great wedding venue, plenty of food options to choose from. Rooms well equipped, friendly and helpful staff.

Just sitting here in the lyrath Ordered prawn linguini, it was the worst pasta I have ever tasted in my life, and it was served cold after waiting an age for it to be served..the pasta was mush and they drizzled sweet chili sauce all over it, abousutely terrible..would not recommend coming here for food. Wouldn't recommend the Pinot either.
