Place is good, fantastic atmosphere with Irish music. Very kind staff.
I wish there were more options on their menu.

The price is quite spicy, I can eat way better spending the same money in Dublin. But it's worth it to go at least once.

Great place again compered what it used to be to what it is now I'll say the food is great again. No more 50 page menu and undercooked food. So great place to visit. Have a drink or a good meal.

Great time here at dinner last night, music and food were wonderful. Highly recommend the place for dinner. However when I came back the next day for lunch was seated with my coworker and then literally was not served. Took our money down the road. 5 stars at night, 1 for lunch.

Excellent experience at this pub! The food, the staff, the decoration, the furniture, their own Johnnie Fox's beer, the musicians, the atmosphere Everything is just perfect in this pub The buzz!!! the past and the present it even feels like you are in your grandmother's house just chatting to your beloved ones sitting by the fireplace listening to some traditional Irish music. What else would you need? .. J.Fox is just my favourite pub in the world!

Has been always good and it will be always good. Best atmosphere nothing can compare to. Fab food and drinks, settings just like you have been invited to a 19th century rural Irish home, with food and service to the 21st century's standards. Adjacent parking gets overcrowded easily but they have a lot bigger overflow car park just on the other side of the road. Famous not just for the average tourists, but for hikers and cyclists enjoying the countryside

This is a unique establishment set high in the Dublin mountains. It was a brief visit but I was impressed with the style and atmosphere. Seemed idyllic place to eat and drink and appears to have continuous music and entertainment.

We had a love drive up to Johnnie Fox's. The place is so well decorated inside and out, with old irish farm equipment and a car out the front. With lots of seating area to sit have a drink/good and enjoy the views. Inside is old tradition Irish style. Lots of old irish things. There was a great crowd but we got seated really quickly and served by a lovely waitress. The food was delicious and the traditional music in the background was lovely. There's great views and drives also from the pub. Would definitely recommend it

The drive up is lovely. Service was great. Everyone at the table enjoyed what they ordered. What more can you ask for? I had the lamb shank and it was fall-off-the-bone tender. Mussels starter is a must.

This place is a bit of a mad house, especially when it's packed. We had a birthday party, and it was great. People spill out on to the front and side terraces. When the sun shines here it's sweltering, because of the high aspect. There's a big open peat fire always burning. The place is adorned with vintage memorabilia. There's Irish dancing banquets for large groups, and various rooms, and snugs for the romantic. The food is widely varied, and decent. Good Irish fare. Just work out how you're going to get home before you go. It's miles away from Dublin and anywhere!

Johnnie Fox's is a traditional Irish pub, high up in Dublin Mountains,
The pub its self looks quite small from the outside, But never judge a book by its cover!
Once inside your in a huge area, with open fires burning and the atmosphere is just brilliant, it's decor is full of Old Irish tradition,
The service is brilliant, we booked a table for 5, we were told 15 minutes waiting time, but were waiting less than 5, The food is absolutely amazing, Top quality food.
And you get to watch Live Irish music, it's a great pub, Perfect place to go for a Sunday Dinner.

Nice old place with amazing life music performance. Although I don't drink but enjoyed being there even with kids ( not at night time of course). Had some delicious cake and banoffee pie.
