I rang Iona Appliances on the 28th of February and gave them the Model number of my American Fridge looking for a replacement filter and they told me yes they had it , I paid for it and received the wrong filter the following day. I rang straight away and they took my number and said they would ring me back, no call back so I had to ring them again and told the same again, we will ring you back, again no call back, I rang again and was told I would get the correct one Monday, now on Friday the 10th of March I still have not received the filter and rang again to explain and I got the same rubbish again, telling me they will ring me back in 15 minutes later , needless to say no call back and I can't even get an answer when I ring. I have been very patient and have kept back my anger while on the phone but I feel they just say we will ring you back to get rid of me and I don't feel they have any intention on ringing me back .I consider this an extremely bad service .

Forget about waiting (months in my case) for a serviceman to repair your household appliance. Bring it to the wonderful guys in Iona Appliances who will look after you without costing a fortune.
